Hi, I’m Jeanette.

I am a integrative bodywork therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals reconnect with their inner rhythms and find peace within their bodies. Specializing in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, Reiki, and Craniosacral therapy, I offer a holistic approach to wellness that honors the mind-body connection.

My practice is rooted in compassion and the belief that every body has its unique story. By unfurling the layers of tension and facilitating a sacred pause, I help my clients find their way back to centered balance. I view the body as a sacred vessel deeply connected to nature and the elements. My approach integrates practices that foster a harmonious relationship with the self and the environment, empowering clients to cultivate a lifestyle that supports holistic wellness. By treating the body as a whole and encouraging deep communication with its innate wisdom, I guide clients toward greater balance and vitality.

Whether you're seeking relief from physical discomfort or looking to deepen your self-awareness, I am here to support you on your journey. Together, we can explore the healing potential within, fostering a sense of lightness, sweetness, and profound connection.

What is Samvedana?

Samvedana (संवेदना)

Sam (सम) means together, completely, or harmoniously.

Vedana (वेदना) relates to feeling, perception, or conscious experience.

Samvedana conveys the idea of deep, harmonious awareness or empathetic connection—not just to oneself, but to others and the world around you. It reflects a profound sensitivity to physical, emotional, and energetic states, as well as a compassionate acknowledgment of shared human experience.

So much magic can occur when we get out of our own way and allow for our bodies to recover. By tapping into the bodies innate knowledge through bodywork, meditation, or yoga, we can create space for communication between the mind, body, and spirit. Chronic pain, lack of energy, dullness, tension are all signs that our bodies are attempting to get your attention. Through cultivating awareness in the body and honoring yourself, you give yourself the opportunity to unwind emotional trauma, improve range of motion, and remove the barriers that prevent you from living with your best foot forward. It is up to you to heed the call.
