Modalities may include manual manipulation, deep tissue, cupping, tuning forks, gua sha, IASTM, myofascial and shiatsu.

Designed for facilitation to re-harmonize and balance the emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of the body. Through the power of meditation, pranayama, craniosacral therapy, reiki, crystals, and aromatherapy, restore and come back to your sense of self. To Glow - Buccal, Facial, ShoulderS
This treatment focuses on alleviating TMJ and migraine symptoms while providing relief to your neck, shoulders and facial muscles. Utilizing intra-oral techniques and targeting the muscles that are responsible for clenching and grinding teeth, start alleviating chronic pain that radiates out from the jaw such as (but not limited to) headaches, neck and shoulder pain, and facial tension. Also may include the use of facial cupping, gua sha, kansa wand, and manual manipulation. *Please note that this is not a facial.

Jeanette will guide you through a yoga practice custom fit to your goals. Whether it be a fast paced vinyasa forward class to build strength, a Hatha experience to cultivate balance, or a downtempo restorative practice with bolsters and props to calm the nervous system. Any experience is welcome.

In home sessions are available in the Los Angeles area for a flat rate of $50.
