This treatment focuses on alleviating TMJ and migraine symptoms while providing relief to your neck, shoulders and facial muscles. Jeanette offers individualized breathwork sessions, adapted to each client's needs and goals. Depending on the intention of the session, techniques may range from gentle, regulating breathwork that supports nervous system settling and grounding, to more activating patterns that facilitate deeper processing and release. Jeanette will guide you through a yoga practice custom fit to your goals. Whether it be a fast paced vinyasa forward class to build strength, a Hatha experience to cultivate balance, or a restorative practice with bolsters and props to support deep relaxation, each session is tailored to you. Any experience is welcome. Private yoga sessions are scheduled individually, so please get in touch to discuss your goals and find a time that works for you.

In home sessions are available in the Los Angeles area for a flat rate of $50. In Home appointments within extended Los Angeles areas such as Pasadena, Westside, the Valley and surrounding neighborhoods may incur an additional travel fee.
