Your first session includes time to discuss your health history, goals, areas of concern, and preferences for pressure and focus. Each session is tailored to your individual needs that day.

While I do recommend 90 minutes as a nice middle ground to be able to cover most of the body, sometimes that isn’t possible. I recommend 60 minutes if you are looking for targeted work. While I try to get through the entire body, it isn’t always possible in a 60 minutes. 90 minutes is great for full body with targeted focus attention on select areas and 120 minutes is wonderful for full body support.

This depends on your goals, lifestyle, stress levels, and the type of support your body needs. For more acute pain, chronic tension, injury recovery, or nervous system support, sessions may be beneficial weekly or biweekly at first. For maintenance and general wellness, many clients come monthly.

Wear whatever feels comfortable. Clients are always appropriately draped during hands-on bodywork, and your comfort and consent are prioritized throughout the session.

Yes. Prenatal and perinatal sessions are designed to support the physical and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy and postpartum, with modifications made for each stage.

Yes, mobile sessions are available within the Los Angeles area for a flat rate fee of $50. Extended Los Angeles may incur an additional travel fee of upwards of an additional $25-50.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to the full session fee. I respect your time, so please respect mine.

During a Reiki session, light touch or hands-hovering techniques are used to help calm the nervous system and create a meditative, restorative experience. Many clients report feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and emotionally lighter afterward.
